Given/Assuming that the 8k home credit expires in November, will home prices fall in December? Or is the 8k credit not having any impact on home prices? |

Home prices don't move very quickly when homeowners are solvent, as they seem to be in the nicer areas around here so I say no. Also, $8k is insignificant. |

No impact here in most of the Boston area. In other parts of the country, $8k as a number per se is more significant. |
