I'm still not clear if the price is the sale price or listing price.
 
 
It says "within 15 minutes of an agent’s taking a property off the market, you can expect to see the pictures and the price on Redfin’s site." Do agents enter the sale price when they take a property of the market? |

I just posted a comment on their blog asking this.  Hopefully they'll see it and respond.  I was going to suggest that somebody make a note of a few of these properties and then check the registry of deeds in a few weeks to compare, but it occurred to me that the price may not be final if there are contingencies.
