Just finished reading it myself. The echo boomers are going to be the savior!
Well not anytime soon but provided that immigration continues/improves, they seem to think we will see recovery within 5-10 years. It sounds like prices will continue to decrease for a couple years though. I think Interest rate risk being the only concern right in the coming years. |
