A lot of us would appreciate it if you could use the Warren group's data as well, either included in the same graph or create a different graph all-together. As you well know, most consider that data-set to be more accurate and more representative of the overall market.
Thanks for your work on this. |

Do you know if they provide the historical values for their data from past months/years and if so where?
Thanks,

I don't know of any full historical data set (i.e. data for every month of every year), but they do have monthly and year-to-date data for the current month for individual towns dating back to about 1988. i guess that doesn't help much for making a general graph, but it could help forum readers start tracking data on the specific towns they are interested in. |

That actually sounds even more useful (albeit more work). What's the URL?

Mike,
Thanks, that does look pretty useful, although not as an immediate replacement or complement to the current graphs that are based on the MAR's data. From what I saw, the only historical data provided by The Warren Group with monthly granularity is the historical data for the most recently reported month in past years (e.g., October for all years). So we wouldn't be able to immediately see the month to month changes, as with the MAR's data. On the plus side, the median price data goes back much further than what the MAR has published. I'll take this under consideration for future reports, although for the next few months I think the reports may be abbreviated from what they have been due to some work related projects that are consuming my time.
Thanks,
