Goldman Sachs Bonuses
Why do shareholders let Goldman get away with paying 44% of revenue as bonuses? What a scam!

Run-up in taxfree MM yields
Can anyone explain this runup? How long will it last? Should I bother shifting money into these funds?

I'm sure there are lots of technical reason why the rate is up -

But, I think that anyone interested in minimizing Financial Risk would avoid Tax Free Money Markets - States and Cities and State sponsored Authorities are likely to be under lots of Financial pain in the next 1-5 years.

Look at the Mass Turnpike - costs are sky rocketing - inflation is driving up fuel and healthcare for employees - and there is little room to increase Revenues. We will see defaults on some State or local bond offerings in our Future and folks with Money in Tax Free MM may see it impact their returns.

Just my guess.
