here is a great website...lists addresses which you can research by drive bys, google earth and maps street view ...but guess what, nothing for MA

found a great link that listed/summarized in one place about 40 or so links to lenders forclosure REO pages but I can't find it...maybe someone else has it or something similar?
as far as i can tell you have to pay for this info in mass so far |

Trulia always shows a tantalizing number of foreclosures even in, say, great Newton neighborhoods. But the data comes from RealtyTrac, and I'm not paying for that. |

Have you tried RedFin? They make it very easy - have MLS-listed and bank-listed foreclosures. The MLS makes people sign up to show property details, but they don't spam or give out your info. |
