If I may add ,
the median home price in Suffolk County ,
comprised of Boston and the towns of Chelsea, Revere, and Winthrop
has also fallen below $300K .
The median home price for Suffolk County, MA is at a 3 year low.
My opinion is we have another 10-15% drop to come
before we see bottom .
November's sales numbers are projected to be worse then October's.
The interesting part of the report is that there is one Foreclosure Deed
for every legitimate home sale Deed . |

I think the price drop would stablize at around the 260 - 270k range or a tad higher. You alreayd have plenty to choose from between 240 and 270 in towns like malden, everett, quincy, medford.... right outside the city limit |
