NPR teaser says they'll be talking to survivors of the last real estate cycle this afternoon, and my guess is that the audio will follow online on the link below. Will post on BostonBubble as soon as it's available, until then what's your boom / bust / recovery story or concerns about lessons learned / mistakes we're repeating?
