Regardless of how you answer the poll below, it's good to see the Boston Globe including multiple references to oversupply and the potential of falling prices in the body of their article instead of reader comments.
If "Rental prices fell slightly at the end of 2016 — the first drop since 2010..." does that mean it's time to sit out the Spring market, when units begin to trickle into the market and overeager homebuyers become accidental "April Fools" because of BLIND bidding wars?
