FYI -A new data point to report. The Boston Case-Shiller index traded today at 159.00 on the CME Nov 2012 contract. The most recent spot index is 158.83. Not much appreciation, but no other region has bids above spot for Nov '12. At least it shows that there's a way to try and hedge home prices near current levels.
Market tonight (for Nov '12) was 156.00-164.00 |

Thanks for alerting us to the activity. I had noticed that yesterday too. I see that the Nov'11 Boston contract already had some movement this morning too. It's good to see some movement.

Does that mean people are betting that the market is heading up? |
