I went to an open house in my town of interest recently. It was very quiet. We went at the end, and only four other people had been there. The price was a little high, but not outrageous. It's in a nice neighborhood, and the house and yard were in perfect condition. Last year the open house would have been packed.

The selling agent told us that someone was going to submit an offer the next morning, so we needed to act fast. He never got an offer. Big surprise... I'm going to wait a little while before I make a low offer. See how the sellers like the looks of the data for July and August.

Our realtor says that buyers are starting to get interested again, and the market is picking up, but he always says that.

Don't wait too long Renting. Now is a great time to buy! If you wait too long you will get priced out forever.
