Does anyone know of any good North Shore moving companies that give price quotes by the job not the hour? I'm skeptical of movers who want to do the job by the hour for obvious reasons. Thanks in advance.

I've actually hired movers by the hour before. They did everything quickly and much cheaper than they quoted by the job. As long as everything is packed and ready to go, and its a simple move, shouldn't be a problem. Just find thsoe who have good reviews - maybe visit BBB.com and read up on them. Or use BBB.com to find movers in your area. Anecdotal evidence is useless, because I only had a single experience with mine, and so did everybody else. You need decent statistics, not somebody's opinion.
