| Not sure if there are any greater boston real estate followers here, but it seems like local govts are making it very hard for new subdivisions of SFRs to get approved. As a result, the newer stock is mostly THs that make providing emergency services, utiltiies and open space work for the towns. This is also making the older stock of SFRs a lot more expensive than if there were newer houses available. :-/ |
