				| Hi We found a very good house in a new neighbourhood. But, the builder had to build a home for people with learning disabilities. And this home is right behind the house we liked. We have a 2 year old and are expecting another one. Is it ok to buy that house? or should we be concerned about that home for learning disabilities. The real estate tells us that 3-4 people with disabilities will be staying along with 3 other people who take care of them.
