Yes, St Marks is a very nice area. I have seen on that street a bank owned condo priced at $189. I need to spend even less, about $160 since I will be paying for it by myself.
Right now I have a small yard, porches and a nice clean, charming though somewhat dated triple decker apartment. I would love to find something like this to buy. I have everything in place to buy including a pre-approval. I qualify for a soft second mortgage for first time homebuyers.
Unfortunately $270 is way too high for me to qualify or afford. |
