I noticed that you prepared inflation adjusted chart for BOS through DEC 2007. But they only reported data for NOV 2007 on Jan 29th,2008. How did you get the data for DEC 2007. Or Am I reading wrong?.

Are you referring to the charts in the thread at http://www.bostonbubble.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=618 ? The December date is the date that the charts were produced, not the date for the S&P/Case-Shiller Index. The date is featured prominently on the graph because it was the date that the values of the futures contracts were obtained.

My bad. I was looking at the correct charts,but different data source. I didn't realize it was Massachusetts Association of Realtors data. thanks for correcting.

Those prices are from The MAR, not S&P/Case-Shiller. The S&P/Case-Shiller Index was only used to estimate older prices, before what The MAR reported.
