Why do sellers still think they can do $50K in repars to a house they bought last year and then raise the price by $180K and try to flip it?
Are they not reading the news papers?
Does the Unrealestate agent have any say in pricing these houses? Dont agents make $ when the home sells? |

I think that's to be expected.
You need a motivated seller (e.g., someone with a new job, or someone who just had a baby and needs a bigger place). They will be willing to negotiate.
A guy who throws his house on the market after putting in a SubZero fridge to test the waters is probably a waste of time. |
