...at least this Bertke guy is attempting to address market realities...although quite noticeably avoids stating the cause of the problem.....as way too many do

seems no-one in the re bizz wants to talk about the gigantic increase in commission checks experienced during the past handful of years...which is a joke

i'm pretty sure i saw back to back to back double digit years of appreciating home values in the 'u know who u r' markets

suck it up brokers and the like...get real and just admit that ur going from a 60-70% pay increase from 2-4 years ago to perhaps a 30-40 pay increase!!

...unless of course there's been no saving for a rainy day.
