No interest rate hike from FED for 2016, might go into 2017 and beyond as well. As U.S. debt is considered the safest place to park cash.
Stagflation is the new normal. Income will stuck in low gear, price on life essential items continue to increase.
Please expect housing price to remain current high level, with mortgage interest rate keep reaching the new low. Rent will keep going up, but not as crazy as before, because income is not catching with inflation.
next move the patch the system is minimum wage hike.
Brexit will never mature, as UK can not exit without losing Scottland and Norther Ireland. UK can not afford such lost. The most possible outcome based on current condition would be, Brexit process become something take forever, until some conditions change, then UK back out of the Brexit process and remain in UN. |
