This is the direct effect of inflation/stagflation. Everyone just need to accept the new average price for SFH is 500,000 in Boston, and Average income will soon be 100,000. Think about it, when minimum wage get jack up to $12 buck an hour soon, that will justify the 30% home price increase. |
