MassHousing is a prefect example of how the Government is pouring Money into Massachusetts Real Estate market...
Take a look at the loans program and then the numerous Housing project that Mass Housing is backing with Government money.....this is not going to end well.

Dismayed,
Now it is not Private Banks - the 1000 pound Gorrilla in the secondary Mortgage Market is Government entities - Fannie - Freddie - FHA - VA
Private Banks were the problem and now the Government is giving any one with a pulse a Mortgage.
