All the big biotech companies and universities transforming Cambridge from a dump 20 years ago to the hippest town of Boston. To put gas on fire, Property tax is relatively low in Cambridge, so housing price went through the roof. Cambridge is cleaning out low incomes and kick them off couple towns away. Those hugh housing projects are the few slum areas remains in cambridge.
