I've been waiting for prices around the Boston area to reflect (within reason) that of the rest of the country. Unfortunately, this has not happened. It's my belief that once jobs come back to the rest of the country the housing market here should become more representative of the whole(perhaps wishful thinking).
A recent article in CNN states that we are headed for another round of forclosures. My question is: What is the forcast for Boston Area? What will this do to Boston area prices?
