I think we're going to see some ugly price numbers for townhouses/condos soon. I'm not looking to buy in that market, but I track it because it's easier to compare apples to apples in a townhouse complex. I'm seeing townhouses with asking prices down 20% from 2006 and they aren't moving. The foreclosures are off more than that. I'm guessing the next sale in some of these complexes is going to be down 30% from peak.
