Newton ranks at number 3. ...and it must be true, when has cable news ever been wrong about anything?

Waltham comes in at 28, Brookline at 39, and Weynouth is 52

How does Waltham outrank all the surrounding towns except Newton? I live up the street from Brandeis and haven't noticed much culture really generated from it, despite CNN's claim. There's hardly even any restaurants nearby for it.

Maybe their museum counts as the culture? If so, CNN/Money should have taken into account that they plan to close it due to finances.

Waltham apparently got points for proximity to 128 too because of "the growth of medical and technology companies" there.
