We've seen this sort of content in the past. I posted it because of the history and analysis of why Texas didn't have a runup in real estate:

There is one, I've just disabled at the outset to prevent revisionist history. When setting up the board I was expecting far more trolls than materialized (in fact, I can't remember any trolls off the top of my head).
