"In the year ended July 1, Texas added more people than any other state"

North Carolina was 3rd.

Now let's see where MA stands. Since 2k, MA gained 3.85% and TX gained 18.85%. Must be because MA is just so desirable.

In order for MA to maintain its standard of living, everyone from the NY-CT hedge fund scene will need to move in, buy up all the real estate, and send their kids to Brandeis, Tufts, BC, BU, Harvard/MIT, Babson/Bentley, etc.

This place is no longer the place for up and coming professionals, those were the 80s and 90s. Today, only dual income no kids couples, who do part-time programs at Harvard Ext, BU Met, etc, are suited for the region. Everyone else is either threading on the paycheck-to-paycheck existence or soon going to be there.
