I thought you guys might get something out of this one, it's an article from MSN about the growing number of "reluctant" landlords, who have chosen to sign a lease agreement rather than a sales contract on their home:

Thoughts? Have any of you had this experience?
I used to be a full time real estate investor by trade, but towards the end when I could no longer sell for what I'd put into the properties, I started to lease them out. It's been a mixed experience.
