I'm sure this is coming...I don't know why it has to be related to smart phones -- I usually do real estate research when I have 2+hours on my hands and not while on the road/phone. But the ability to comment on real estate would be great. We already had this experience on a Redfin forum -- someone asked about a property and we said "oh, we went there, 1100 sq feet included the finished basement, roof is 30 years old...etc". It was a random coincidence but would be very useful in general. Pain here would be to keep spiteful neighbor or the owner themselves from adding exaggerated details.

Actually this has been tried before but I think the MLS prohibits it. You know, gotta protect the agents. There's also the libel issue but it's not like it's limited to real estate.
