The 1850 condos are going to be auctioned.
Has anyone seen these, and are they a good deal?

Isn't the South End supposed to be an "immune Community"?

Immune from what? Being valued appropriately? (not directed at you, just sayin')

if immune you mean located directly next to the homeless shelter and 2 blocks from anything redeeming-- i guess you are right. Call me a snob but living next to a homeless shelter in a area that you really cannot walk to anything defeats the purpose of being in the city

There are 60 units total. 35 to be auctioned. That means 25 units
were purchased at "market price". Can you imagine being one of these original buyers?

They're right by 93, so the location could be better. Make sure you read the fine print on this auction. The devil is in the details.
