There was a similar story last week, or the week before, that included price data that I found TOTALLY wrong. I tried to find the story, but can't. I just remember that it showed Hopkinton as being down less than 1% from the 2005 peak, which I know is waaaay off. I attributed it to another story paid for by those in real estate who buy ads in the Globe.

Was it their price to income graph from the 7th? If found that one particularly surprising.

No it was another "best places to live" story. It gave examples of 10 or so towns, and included "price history" data which showed virtually zero drops from 2005 for many of the towns including Hopkinton, as well as a rise for a couple (Winchester I think). I'm sorry I can't put my finger on it!
