Greater Boston will be fifth in job losses, according to the article. Isn't Greater Boston about the fifth largest metro area in the country? |

Guess Boston is really falling behind the sunbelt cities (Atlanta, Dallas, Houston in particular) in terms of population. |

With the recent weather we've been having, the sunbelt is looking pretty good to me. I suspect the that the bigger reason for the differential, though, is that regulations in those areas are more amenable to expansion of the housing stock.
