				For the month of October, New Home Sales again far outstripped New Home Completions. For October, 77,000 New Homes were sold while 166,000 were completed. Below is a copy of a page from the U.S. Census Bureau report on New Home Sales. The "sales" numbers on the left, and the "completions" numbers are on the right. The most recent month's numbers are underlined in red.
