So who knows what's going on with the building smack in the middle of the intersection. Looks like they put up a nice steel structure and ran out of money. Anything in the works>?

Five years ago the state started working at the intersection of 95 and Totten Pond / Winter St. It looks like they're maybe trying to widen the exit and build a new bridge but in that time period all that I can tell that they've accomplished is to lay down construction materials that have been decomposing ever since. I drive by there every morning and I can count the number of days they were working on the site on two hands at most, maybe one. I've always wondered why municipalities in the Greater Boston area start 10 projects that they can only half afford instead of 5 projects that they can fully afford.
