Wanna bet, more than likely Romilda will get both her principal and interest rate lowered by Frank and Dodd . This will allow her to pull even more cash out of her properties (she also bought condo in 2005) , and help artificially prop up housing values so you the responsible buyer will be priced out of the market.... |
