Maybe try the individual lenders' websites. This blog has some links to free lists of Countrywide foreclosures:

here is a great website...lists addresses which you can research by drive bys, google earth and maps street view ...but guess what, nothing for MA

http://www.foreclosurepoint.com/fp/root/home.do

found a great link that listed/summarized in one place about 40 or so links to lenders forclosure REO pages but I can't find it...maybe someone else has it or something similar?

as far as i can tell you have to pay for this info in mass so far

Trulia always shows a tantalizing number of foreclosures even in, say, great Newton neighborhoods. But the data comes from RealtyTrac, and I'm not paying for that.

Have you tried RedFin? They make it very easy - have MLS-listed and bank-listed foreclosures. The MLS makes people sign up to show property details, but they don't spam or give out your info.
