This afternoon, Michael Graham asked me to appear on his radio show, "The Natural Truth" on Boston's 96.9 Talk FM - I was on around 5:45PM. One of the topics for today was the housing market, which he did a decent job of covering. It was an honor to be a guest for the same program as Shawn Tully, who was very well spoken, as usual.

To any visitors coming to this site from the show, welcome. Please feel free post any questions you may have about the show or the market in general.

Do note that some of the information on the main page is a little old now. I was hoping to mention that on the show, but the time flew by too fast. For instance, Boston is no longer ranked as the #1 most vulnerable housing market by The PMI Group as some other cities have surpassed it (in California, I believe). The PMI Group has actually increased its vulnerability score for Boston since that was written, so the situation is worse than before, but the scores have increased even more for a few other areas. There are a few other items like that on the main page which could use some updating.
