I'm so proud of the comment I made to an article in the metrodaily west that I had to post a link to it here. The article titles ""Home sales not as grim locally" tried to use the seasonal trend to paint the picture that metrowest's real estate was on the up. hopefully they keep my comment reply on the site.

change in sales: DOWN 42.9%
change in median price: DOWN 18.1%

Framingham
change in sales: DOWN 29.8%
change in median price: DOWN 12%

Wow, someone was wildly off. I get the premise that some towns went up and most down, but if your numbers are right, this is crazy.
