I think we're pretty far behind. Look at appreciate rates over the last five years out west, and compare them to Boston. Look at inventory numbers today, and their rate of increase. Compare those to Boston.

I don't doubt we're going to see price drops locally, but I think Phoenix, Vegas, and So Cal are getting hammered. Looking at these numbers, I don't find much reason to extrapolate trends from Los Angeles to Boston.
