Is there a Website that list Expired & canceled listings
for free ???
I have never been able to find such a site
I'm sure Realtors have excess to this info,
but is there a site an amateur can see these
expired and cancelled listings ??? |

I think (but am not sure) that you need an MLS account to do this, so no, I don't think it's available to the general public. You might want to post the same question on the page with the graph. You could also run an MLS search each month to get the current listings (you can do that through many agents' sites), save the results, and then run a diff between the months.
