@Shareable Cities is hosting a month long #HousingHack

http://bit.ly/HHackMonth

Would anyone like to participate virtually in their event tomorrow in SF, or meet offline to host our own breakout sessions?

http://sfpublicpress.org/housinghack

The event ends at 7pm PCT, so it's possible we could meet after work. If there is enough interest, the RECafe would pay to reserve the family-friendly backroom at http://iYoCafe.com in Somerville or see if we can use another family friendly space at http://TogetherInMotion.com in Arlington.

Regardless of what happens tomorrow, should we use the month long #HousingHack to restart Bubble Hours locally? Here's the last thread on that topic:

@Shareable's #HousingHack runs through June http://bit.ly/HHackMonth

Should we use that window to meet offline sometime in the next seven days for a Bubble Hour? If so, the Real Estate Cafe can reserve the back room at http://iYoCafe.com in Davis Square where we can use the floor to ceiling blackboard to

#HacktheHousingRecovery

This excerpt in today's Boston.com's real estate blog..."gets to the heart of the matter:

'The big housing rally wiped itself out because prices increased too quickly for buyers to keep up,'"

If we run the gathering unconference style, what kinds of questions would participants -- online or off -- like addressed or what kind of table top presentations would others like to see?

We've got a TOP SECRET report prepared by our Bidding War Drone Wink, anyone want to preview it and provide feedback before we share at the Bubble Hour?

Please email realestatecafe@gmail.com if you're interested in any of the above.
