Everything looks high end coming from Boston Razz Finishes are nice but same or slightly lower quality than my home and it was only $425k for 50% more space. Compare to this home, which was built just 3 years ago for $350k.

There are plenty of nice places around Boston, certainly for the cost of the place in Cupertino.

Don't agree with that at all (about the finishes not the space obviously),
and you're not taking into account the cost of the irregular structure and curves. You place is not a box, but much simpler to build than this.

I wouldn't expect this to be as expensive to build as the place in Cupertino, although it does seem pretty cheap. It is the architect website though, and I wonder what he is including in the "construction cost"
