|
|
Hi All,
I am looking for housing statistics like sales and median prices for multi family units in the Boston area. I am interested specifically in the western part of the city ie west roxbury, roslindale, and jamaica plain. The only data I could find on this site and on google was stats for single family houses. Can any direct me this data?
I will be buying my first house and I am interested in getting a two family unit. I'm not buying anytime soon but I would like to start doing some research.
This is a very informative site and I have learned so much about the housing market in Boston. It has made me a much smarter buyer.
Thanks! |
