It's real estate high season. Has anyone gone to open houses? I haven't.
Are they as busy as the last two years?
The news reports say it's calmed down a bit. |

We had an open house Thurs, Sat & Sun. We got a few great offers but less overall offers than I expected. Cash was still king. |

Cash offers with no contingencies almost guarantee the sale will go through. It's not uncommon for a home to appraise for less than the asking price in which case a buyer can back out of the deal. |
