Add at least another $100K (no clue - maybe a couple $100K) for demo, haul away
and disposal charges. |

Ha, 500k for a burned out shell. It could be worse, if it were in SF, it would already have multiple bids over 1 million. |

When you have less than 1000 active listings under 600k inside the 128 belt where over 2 million people live, you get insanity like this. |
