I sat yesterday in my South Boston barber chair to have my hair clipped.
Harold the barber of about 40 years, owner of his building, and a very knowledgeable customer were discussing the old neighborhood. I had never heard this saying before but it has given me a lot of thought. I heard one say to the other. "Condo's around South Boston are now a dime a dozen." No building codes concerning open space or parking. Recent regulation was passed that no guest parking after 1o:PM. Who would want to purchase a home around here with terrible public schools, and no place for vistors to park and no view? There are no plans for a parking garage anywhere and thousands upon thousands of Condos and apartments being built by devielpers who run away as soon as the money is in their pocket. Talk about a high risk of 700K to 800K of debt. if there is ever a turnaround its going to be ugly. And there will be one someday.

Apartment booking is a very risky thing.
But most people do this and more then 50% get fooled. This a very unfair thing.
