Here's one of mine. The location, price, and aesthetics all stand out, and not in a good way.

I guess it's a deal, now that they've knocked $20k off the price.

Looks fine on the inside, but who'd pay $700k to live at ground level right next to Route 9? The highway is basically in your living room.

70776119 - Just a mess, from the outside to the inside decor. Make sure you look at the location of the property...yikes
70692636 - Hmmm..intriguing property. Nice plot of land, house setback off the road, 3.5A of land in Acton. Whats not to love? Well the lot is next to route 2. Been on the market for 500+ days and dropped from $759k to $399k!!!!

Is that a bad location? It's pretty ugly on the outside but nice on the inside. Assessed at $100k?

Did I really write that? Doesn't look so ugly to me anymore. It's not great either. The price seems like such a bargain now though Razz It's 4 floors? That's a lot.
