For $1.7 M you can get a decent single family in Brookline or Newton.
So no.

Property was listed at $1.9 Million. Then dropped to $1.7 Million. It just dropped again to $1.5 Million.

It won't sell until it hits $1 Million. That's my guess.

Man that house is hideous. It’s like someone who thought they had style and taste designed it, but it looks like crap. Those bathrooms and that weird kitchen like looks like it should be on a yacht 🤮

Top quality crap from Home Depot. Only the Subzero Fridge is nice.
Meanwhile a house down the street sells for 482k. There's no way you can charge more then 1 million in that area.

That's $280 / sf. I don't know anything about West Roxbury, but that has to be a good price.

Yes, but $476.56/sf is more expensive than Newton. No wonder there are no buyers.

It will sell when the price drops to $995,000. Somebody doesn't know how to flip houses.

Is this right?
