The National Association of Realtors is wrapping up their 1st annual convention in Boston; and agents from around the country (as well as some exhibitors) are quietly acknowledging a slowdown in the housing market.

Further, the Boston Globe recently reported that "...the median condo price took a rare dip, falling 3.8 percent from September 2017 to $328,000.
