Still looking for a home in this crazy market and I started to wonder if there is someplace that I can look up mortgage stats and demographics.

Does anyone know where I can find information on:

Age range of buyers, how much of a loan purchased, how much of a down payment put down, salaries of buyers, debt ratio (ALL IN ONE PLACE)

I have looked on masslandrecords.com and found individual homes and homeowners loan amounts etc but I am looking for data that shows something like the past 12 months, etc.

Thanks in advance

It doesn't matter what others are paying. Only what you can afford.

3 types of buyers currently:
2 stem profession couple. Each earning at least 130k each
Crazy savers. Think immigrant families pooling together
Ppl who bought 10 years ago and trading up
Rich foreigners buying for their kids who are in college in USA
Contractors doing quick flips

Scraps for everyone else
